Here are some communicative options:

1. Whose is it? – Classroom detective

2. Guess my classmate
   Students secretly choose someone in the class and give clues using possessions/relationships:

   • This is Laura’s best friend.
   • His pencil case is black.
   • That’s his brother’s football shirt.
   • 
     
3. Possessive ’s speed dating

        Students sit in two rows facing each other. Put a question on the board: “Find out three things             about your partner’s family/friends.” They have 90 seconds:

• What’s your brother’s name?
• What’s your mother’s favourite food?
• What’s your best friend’s favourite sport?
• Then one row moves one seat.
